This article reviews the history, types, and applications of stem cells, especially embryonic and adult stem cells, and analyzes the ethical and legal challenges associated with their use. Also, ethical considerations in the collection and use of these cells and their social impacts on public attitudes and community participation in scientific decision-making are examined. The results of this study show that public awareness about stem cells is still low and social attitudes are strongly influenced by cultural and religious beliefs. However, stem cells provide many opportunities in the field of medicine as an innovative option in the treatment of incurable diseases. Research shows that the use of stem cells can improve the quality of life of patients and increase their life expectancy. In addition, legal and social challenges may hinder scientific advances in this area, and there is a need for awareness and education in society. Finally, this article emphasizes the importance of public dialogue and the need to develop appropriate ethical policies for scientific advances and improving the health of society. Given the high potential of stem cells, financial and social support for research in this field is essential. سلول‌های بنیادی به عنوان یکی از پیشرفته‌ترین و نوآورانه‌ترین حوزه‌های علم پزشکی در دهه‌های اخیر شناخته شده‌اند و به دلیل قابلیت‌های منحصر به فرد خود در ترمیم بافت‌ها و درمان بیماری‌های مختلف، توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده‌اند. این مقاله به بررسی تاریخچه، انواع و کاربردهای سلول‌های بنیادی، به ویژه سلول‌های بنیادی جنینی و بزرگسال، می‌پردازد و چالش‌های اخلاقی و قانونی مرتبط با استفاده از آن‌ها را تحلیل می‌کند. همچنین، ملاحظات اخلاقی در جمع‌آوری و استفاده از این سلول‌ها و تأثیرات اجتماعی آن‌ها بر نگرش‌های عمومی و مشارکت جامعه در تصمیم‌گیری‌های علمی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که آگاهی عمومی در مورد سلول‌های بنیادی هنوز پایین است و نگرش‌های اجتماعی به شدت تحت تأثیر باورهای فرهنگی و مذهبی قرار دارد. با این حال، سلول‌های بنیادی به عنوان یک گزینه نوآورانه در درمان بیماری‌های صعب‌العلاج، فرصت‌های زیادی را در زمینه پزشکی فراهم می‌آورند. تحقیقات نشان می‌دهد که استفاده از سلول‌های بنیادی می‌تواند به بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران و افزایش امید به زندگی آن‌ها منجر شود. علاوه بر این، چالش‌های قانونی و اجتماعی ممکن است مانع از پیشرفت‌های علمی در این حوزه شوند و نیاز به آگاهی‌بخشی و آموزش در جامعه احساس می‌شود. در نهایت، این مقاله بر اهمیت گفت‌وگوهای عمومی و نیاز به توسعه سیاست‌های اخلاقی مناسب برای پیشرفت‌های علمی و بهبود سلامت جامعه تأکید می‌کند. با توجه به پتانسیل بالای سلول‌های بنیادی، حمایت‌های مالی و اجتماعی از تحقیقات در این زمینه ضروری است. /downloadfilepdf/53937
