Health inequalities, parental stress, and unfavorable socioeconomic conditions can increase the risk of chronic, allergic, and metabolic diseases in children. This study, conducted as a systematic review of scientific literature published between 2021 and 2025, examines the determinants of maternal and child health and the role of preventive interventions. Findings indicate that prenatal care, proper maternal and child nutrition, intake of key micronutrients (vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids), adherence to the Mediterranean diet, complete vaccination, positive parenting, and genetic counseling can ensure the physical, mental, and social well-being of future generations. In addition, maintaining maternal microbiome balance and exclusive breastfeeding play an important role in reducing the risk of chronic and allergic diseases. These results emphasize the need for a multi-level and equity-oriented approach in health policymaking and planning, showing that integrating nutritional, medical, social, and genetic interventions can reduce health inequalities and promote optimal growth and development in children. سلامت مادر و کودک تحت تأثیر تعامل پیچیده‌ای از عوامل زیستی، محیطی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی قرار دارد. نابرابری‌های سلامت، استرس والدین و شرایط نامطلوب اقتصادی–اجتماعی می‌توانند ریسک بیماری‌های مزمن، آلرژیک و متابولیک در کودکان را افزایش دهند. این مطالعه با رویکرد مرور نظام‌مند منابع علمی منتشرشده بین سال‌های ۲۰۲۱ تا ۲۰۲۵، به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر سلامت مادر و کودک و نقش مداخلات پیشگیرانه پرداخته است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که مراقبت‌های پیش از تولد، تغذیه مناسب مادر و کودک، مصرف ریزمغذی‌های کلیدی ( ویتامین D و اسیدهای چرب امگا-۳ )، پیروی از رژیم مدیترانه‌ای، واکسیناسیون کامل، فرزندپروری مثبت و مشاوره ژنتیکی می‌توانند سلامت جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی نسل آینده را تضمین کنند. علاوه بر این، توجه به تعادل میکروبیوم مادر و شیردهی انحصاری نقش مهمی در کاهش خطر بیماری‌های مزمن و آلرژیک دارد. این نتایج بر ضرورت رویکرد چندسطحی و عدالت‌محور در سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی سلامت تأکید می‌کنند و نشان می‌دهند که تلفیق مداخلات تغذیه‌ای، پزشکی، اجتماعی و ژنتیکی می‌تواند ضمن کاهش نابرابری‌های سلامت، زمینه‌ساز رشد و تکامل بهینه کودکان باشد. /downloadfilepdf/434674
